Replacement guarantee
If a placement doesn't work out, we run the search again.
Every permanent placement carries a six-month replacement guarantee. These are its exact conditions, so you never have to take it on trust.
What's covered
The person we placed resigns, or you end their employment for performance or conduct, within six months of their start date.
What you get
A full replacement search — sourcing, screening and references — with no additional placement fee. The replacement is covered for the rest of the original six months.
Conditions
- The placement fee was paid within the agreed payment terms.
- You tell us in writing within 30 days of the person's last working day.
- The role, salary and working conditions are substantially the same as when we recruited for it.
- The employee's contract and pay were honoured as agreed.
- One replacement per original placement.
Not covered
- Redundancy, restructuring or the role being eliminated
- Material changes to the role, salary or reporting line after the hire
- Departures after the six-month window
- Temporary and fixed-term contract roles
