These are the only amounts StaffSyria charges. Your team's salaries, office rent and utilities are paid by your company directly — none of them are our revenue.
Operation Setup

one-time · per client company
Company licensing and registration with the relevant ministries, legal structuring, office search and lease negotiation, fit-out and utilities coordination.
Waived if your licensing and office are already in place. The final figure depends on licensing scope and is fixed in your proposal.
Placement
1 month
of the hire's gross salary · per successful hire
Role definition, active sourcing, the StaffSyria technical and tooling screen, references in original language, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Every permanent placement carries the six-month replacement guarantee.
Managed Operations
$250
per employee · per month
HR administration under Syrian Labour Law, monthly payroll preparation and disbursement coordination, social-insurance and tax filings, a dedicated HR contact and your Client Workspace.
Teams above 20 people: volume pricing is quoted in your proposal.
Founding-client rate: $200 per employee per month for our first 3 clients.

Your costs pass through untouched
Salaries, rent, deposits and utilities are paid by your company directly. Our fees are the only amounts we invoice, and each is agreed in writing before work begins.
Leaving is documented
Ending the engagement starts a 60-day transition: payroll handover, HR contact transfer and every entity document delivered to your nominated representative.
Billing
A monthly invoice in USD, payable within 15 days. The invoicing entity and payment route are confirmed in your engagement letter.

Up to 20 people, yes. Above that we quote volume pricing in your proposal, based on the size and shape of the team.
Why is setup “from” $3,000?
Licensing scope varies with your company structure and activity. Your proposal fixes the exact figure before you sign; it never changes after.
Do you take a margin on salaries?
No. Salaries are paid by your company directly. Our placement fee is a one-time fee on a successful hire, not a monthly cut.
What if I only need recruitment?
That's possible. You pay the placement fee per hire; setup and managed operations apply only if you use them.
