Role definition, active sourcing and headhunting, the StaffSyria technical and tooling screen, reference checks in original language, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Full HR administration under Syrian Labour Law, monthly payroll preparation and disbursement coordination, social-security and tax filings, a dedicated HR contact, and your live client workspace.
Your costs pass through untouched.
Employee salaries, office rent, deposits and utilities are paid by you directly — none of them are StaffSyria revenue. Our fees are the only amounts we invoice, and every fee is agreed in writing before work begins.
Leaving is easy.
Ending the engagement means a 60-day transition: full payroll handover documentation, HR contact transfer, and your entity paperwork delivered to your nominated representative.
