StaffSyria Verified
Senior on paper. Proven in practice.
Strong fundamentals are common in Syria; hands-on time with every modern tool isn't always. We test both, and close tooling gaps before a candidate ever reaches your shortlist.
The screen
Before a candidate reaches your shortlist, they pass a hands-on working session — not a quiz.
Git workflows
Branching, pull requests and responding to review — collaborative source control as a daily habit.
Docker & containers
Building, running and debugging a containerised service and reading its logs.
Cloud fundamentals
Deploying a sample app to a managed platform — environments, storage, monitoring.
Delivery hygiene
Tickets, estimates and stand-up summaries — working visibly inside a remote team's rhythm.
When we find a gap, we close it.
A strong engineer with a missing tool is a training problem, not a rejection. Candidates with strong fundamentals and one or two tooling gaps complete StaffSyria gap-training and are re-screened before they can be shortlisted.
A candidate reaches you only once Verified.
