Candidate privacy notice

• Account details: name, email, phone and your password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Your profile: job function, specialisation, skills, years of experience, languages and English level, city, availability, preferred work arrangement, expected salary and currency, LinkedIn or portfolio links, and a short note about you.
• Your CV file.
• If you progress: screening results and references.
• Your recommendation history (roles you were matched to, stages, offers) and messages with our consultants.
• Sign-in and security records.

To match you to roles, to contact you about those roles, to verify your experience when you progress, and — if you're hired — to prepare your employment paperwork. We rely on the consent you give when you join (you can withdraw it at any time) and on the steps toward employment you ask us to take.

StaffSyria consultants. A client company sees your profile and CV only after we submit you for one of its roles, and you can follow that step in your profile. Your profile is never published and never sold.

In your profile, under Privacy & data, you can at any time:

• Edit any part of your profile or replace your CV.
• Pause matching — your profile stays, but we won't match you to new roles.
• Download a copy of your data.
• Delete your account. This removes your profile, CV and messages. If we had already submitted you to a client, that client keeps what it received; employment records that the law requires to be kept are retained.

We keep your profile while you use your account. Profiles with no sign-in for 24 months are deleted automatically, and security records are kept for 24 months.

The sections on international transfers, security and your rights in our privacy policy apply to you too. You can also contact the data-protection authority where you live.
