Content on this site is general information about our services. Published prices are our list prices; your proposal and engagement letter state the terms that apply to you. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or immigration advice.

Client accounts are created by StaffSyria for engaged clients; Talent Network accounts are created by candidates. Keep your credentials confidential, turn on two-factor sign-in where offered, and tell us straight away about any unauthorised use. We may suspend an account to protect its security or other users.

You agree not to:

• try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• scrape, copy or resell content from the site or workspace;
• upload malware or anything unlawful;
• submit false information, or other people's data without the authority to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you upload. You allow us to use and share them as described in our privacy notices, for the purpose of providing our services.

The site's content, the StaffSyria name and the StaffSyria logo belong to StaffSyria. You may not use them without our written permission.

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability for client services is set out in your engagement letter and services contract.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, unless a signed agreement with you says otherwise.
